Gift Card Redemption
- Last Day for Gift Card Redemption will be August 27, 2022 by 5 pm EST.
- Gift Cards may be redeemed in-store only or by phone, should card holder reside out of state. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 828-277-2337, Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm, EST.
- For phone redemption, you will be asked to verify card with specific code details present on card itself.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are not eligible for refund.
Return Policy & Back Orders
- No refunds, exchanges or price adjustments will be given.
- Orders placed on or after this date cannot be modified or cancelled with the specific exception of those with back order arrival dates beyond the brick-and-mortar store closing date of August 27, 2022. Customer Service will directly notify any affected customers should this rare situation occur, allowing the exception of cancellation of the back order or to amend the shipping address to customer residence as a drop ship.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners, you may experience delays with your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order.

Processing & Delivery:
- Our last day for web ordering will be July 18, 2022 or while supplies last. Please contact us at email@example.com with any questions associated with orders.
- No refunds, exchanges or price adjustments will be given.
- We ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of the order being placed. Please note items sent directly from manufacturers may take longer; furthermore items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
- By providing your email address, you will (within 24 hours) receive tracking information for shipments sent from the store to monitor your order’s progress once it has shipped. Dropship tracking numbers may not be automatically provided, though you will be made aware in advance if an item is backordered.
- In addition to our own processing timeline, your order may encounter delays from USPS, FedEx due to Covid-19 and the high volume of eCommerce orders.
- If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive via USPS, FedEx before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please call us for assistance in filing a claim, if needed. Porter & Prince cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- We offer USPS or FedEx Ground for orders shipping within the United States.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day.
- Orders over $500 will require an indirect signature for delivery.
- We do not offer Saturday delivery or accept PO Boxes.
- All expedited shipping orders must be arranged by calling the store at 828-277-2337 and will also require a processing time of 2 business days.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Free In-Store or Curbside Pickup
- Shop your favorite items online. At checkout, select “In Store Pick Up,” which is available curbside in the parking area at the back of the store. Within 24 hours, you will be contacted to confirm everything is in stock-or-be advised if any of your selections are not in stock and must be picked up at a future date.
- After confirmation, you will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email once your order is ready for curbside pick-up. Your “Ready for Pick Up” email will contain detailed instructions, including where our “Curbside Pick Up” area is located. Pick up should be prior to 5 pm EST, Monday-Saturday. Please give us a call at 828-277-2337 once you arrive at our curbside.
- Our last day for Curbside Pickup will be August 28, 2022.
Solid Display Bed Linen & Furniture Pick-Up
Given the disruption created in removing display items, we must ask the following procedure be followed to allow us time for clearing, gathering purchased display bed linens or larger furniture items:
- Pick-Up Option* 1: After closing, between 5:15pm–5:30pm, Monday–Saturday
- Pick-Up Option* 2: Before opening, between 9:30am–9:45am, Monday–Saturday
*Sold Display Linens must be picked up within 24 hours of purchase-or by close of next business day, if purchased on a Saturday. Items to be shipped are exceptions. Sold Furniture Pick-Up must be arranged within 3 business days.
