Our staff can assist you in creating custom orders to fit your needs. If you see an item for sale on our website that isn’t the color, size or exact style you require, please contact us and if possible, we can help you set up a special order. We can tailor special orders to fit your needs; but it will require additional time for you to receive your items. Custom, Personalized, and Special Order items are not returnable or refundable. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the order’s placement date. Please understand that this is necessary in order to qualify for refund eligibility. After 24 hours, Special Orders are non-refundable.
If a Special Order product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date; you can decide to keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Located in the historic Biltmore Village district of beautiful Asheville, North Carolina, Porter & Prince occupies a tudor cottage built in 1895 as the original Post Office servicing the Biltmore area.
